Vacuum booster control system design and fault self-check strategies

Abstract In this paper, the software and hardware design of vehicle vacuum pump control system was carried out based on single-chip microcomputer technology. Combined with structure principle, power supply, barometric pressure sensor, current detection, motor drive is HS08 series as core. The strategy for signal acquisition, driving has been completed, dual electric vehicles developed. can diagnose common faults system. Finally, functional test out. results show that work normally meets expected requirements.
